All of these people bitching about the $5 increase on Otakon registration

They have to pay for stuff too so with inflation and stuff, I’d say it’s a reasonable price.

Last year, it was $65 pre-registration and $70 at the door.
This year, it is $70 pre-registration and $80 at the door.

Honestly >_> just don’t go if you feel like the price is too much.
Everybody has a different money situation and I can understand that but…

It’s every year though. A five dollar increase for a con that is taking a nose dive into suckville. I’m only going this year because my friend has already paied for our room but this may very well be my last Otakon. Too expensive for a not-so-good convention. I paid like $40 for my first Otakon so it’s gone up a lot since then, plus a don’t have a job.
